Rooted Resilience is a compassionate in-home yoga and functional movement program designed specifically for individuals facing physical challenges and other age-related conditions. Created by experienced yoga instructors Jen Mast and Rachel Emery, this program offers personalized mobility, stability, flexibility and breathing exercises that empower clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life—all from the comfort of home.

With a strong emphasis on connection and holistic care, Jen and Rachel not only guide participants through gentle, adaptive yoga and functional movement routines but also foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Rooted Resilience is more than just a movement practice—it’s a lifeline of support, dignity, and strength for those aging in place.

Jen Mast

J​Jen Mast, E-RYT 500, LICSW, is a yoga instructor and teacher trainer offering private and group classes, workshops, and retreats. ​ Founder of Savor Yoga Retreats.

Rachel Emery, PT, RYT 200.  

With a background in both yoga and senior wellness, Rachel integrates mindfulness with mobility work. Her warm presence and clinical understanding make her an invaluable guide for clients managing chronic conditions.
